For questions about your policy, documents or a change in circumstances, get in touch and tell us what help you need. If affordability is a concern, contact us before cancelling so the available options can be considered.

Making a claim

For a policy arranged through TrustCover, we can explain how to start a claim, help you understand the information the insurer requests, liaise with the insurer with your permission and chase progress. The insurer assesses the claim and decides whether it meets the policy conditions.
